SO WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS GIVING THE POWER TO UNELECTED PEOPLE TO UNDO A REGULATION WHICH SHOULD BE MADE IN PURSUIT OF LAW. NOW, ALSO LOOK AT THE CONDITION AND THE TIME WHEN THESE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONS CAN DO THIS. WHEN WE'RE NOT IN REGULAR SESSION, WELL, I'VE BEEN HERE, THIS IS MY 26TH YEAR, MR.
