the code related to the virginia tobacco region revolving fund definition of projects. The bill previously passed both bodies. The governor offered recommendations and the governor's amendments are before the body.

Del. Bill Howell (R-Fredericksburg): the gentleman from scott, Mr. Kilgore.

Del. Terry Kilgore (R-Gate City): Mr. Speaker, ladies and gentlemen of the house, I would ask that we accept the governor's substitute. I hope it would be the pleasure of the house to adopt the substitute.

Del. Bill Howell (R-Fredericksburg): shall the governor's recommendations be accepted? The clerk will close the roll.

Del. Terry Kilgore (R-Gate City): ayes 92, nos 0.

[Unknown]: ayes 92, nos 0. The governor's recommendations are agreed to. Members please sake your seats.
