Description

Board of zoning appeals. Requires that the recipient of certain notices from the board of zoning appeals receive actual notice prior to the commencement of the 30-day appeal period. The bill also provides that the board shall require a certification that a violation still exists prior to issuing a final order regarding a zoning violation. Read the Bill »
