STAN CAN BE DEPLOYED WITH A THUMB OR USED FOR ANY CUTTING ACTIVITY LIKELY NEEDED BY A TRADES MEN. MOST SWITCHBLADE KNIVES ARE DESTEINED FOR STABBING NOT CUT AND LONG THIN AND SHARP AND POINTED ON BOTH EDGES. NOT USED BY A TRADES. THE BCBL SUPPORTED ON THE GROUNDS OF PERSONAL INTENTION WHICH SHOWS THAT THE TRUE INTENT IS TO ALLOW THEM TO BE SOLD AS WEAPONS THE FUNCTION THEY WERE DESIGNED FOR. WHAT LAWFUL RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY REQUIRES A SWITCHBLADE WHERE A FIXED BLADE OR -- OR ONE-HANDED OPENING KNIFE WITH SUFFICE? THE ISSUE IS LINES 14, 15 AND 16. WHY THE WORD OR. WHY DOESN'T -- WHAT DOES A RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY MEAN AS IN COMMITTEE WE TALKED ABOUT JUST WALKING DOWN THE STREET IS A RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY AND ANY PERSON THAT MEANS THERE IS NO AGE LIMITATION ON WHO CAN HAVE THIS -- PURCHASE THESE WEAPONS. 16-YEAR-OLD. 12-YEAR-OLD. 7-YEAR-OLD COULD STILL BYE ONE HOW DO WE OF THESE. THEM OUT OF SCHOOLS? WHY IS THERE NO AGE LIMITATION? HOW DO KEEP THEM OUT OF THE HANDS OF KIDS? OUT OF THE HANDS OF GANGS? GANGS
