Del. Barry Knight (R-Virginia Beach): HAVE A RESTAURANT THAT WANTS TO APPLY FOR AN ABC LICENSE, AND THEY GET THE ABC LICENSE, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR HEALTH PERMIT, YET THEY ARE ABLE TO STOCK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BUT NOT SERVE THEM UNTIL THEY GET THE HEALTH PERMIT, I MOVE THE HOUSE PASS THE BILL.

SENATE BILL 146 #, A BILL TO AMEND AND REENACT A SECTION OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA RELATING TO CENTRAL ABSENTEE VOTER PRECINCT, EXPEDITED, COUNTING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS, BILL WAS REPORTED FROM THE COMMITTEE ON PRIVILEGES AND ELECTIONS.

ON THE ELECTION DAY, AND THESE, AGAIN, ARE ONLY COUNTING THE ABSENTEE BALLOTS THAT MUST BE HAND-COUNTED AND CAN'T BE RUN THROUGH THE MACHINE. I HOPE IT WILL BE THE WILL OF THE BODY TO PASS THE BILL.
