ON THE ELECTION DAY, AND THESE, AGAIN, ARE ONLY COUNTING THE ABSENTEE BALLOTS THAT MUST BE HAND-COUNTED AND CAN'T BE RUN THROUGH THE MACHINE. I HOPE IT WILL BE THE WILL OF THE BODY TO PASS THE BILL.
