Description

Waiver of tax penalties for small businesses. Waives any penalties related to taxes administered by the Department of Taxation for a small business during its first two years of operation as long as the business enters into an installment agreement with the Tax Commissioner for the payment of taxes. Jimmie Massie (R-Richmond): bill and the conference report actually says the same thing except that they do not have to waive the 3589s in penalties in the case where the small business misappropriated withholding taxes they May but they shall not have to. That is the conference report, Mr. Speaker and I move adoption of the conference report.
