Comments

Eva King writes:

I support this bill, as the requirement of a special use permit puts an undue burden on landowners regarding use of their private property.

Andrew King writes:

I support this bill as well because localities should let property owners use their own private lands as they see fit without putting burdens on neighbors. This bill still leaves homeowners' associations the freedom to keep neighborhoods as consenting residents see fit while letting those who've chosen to live outside of such covenants the option to utilize their land more fully.
