Description

Virginia Retirement System (VRS); receipt of retirement allowance while employed in a covered position. Permits a person who has attained the age of 62 to receive a retirement allowance from VRS and be employed in a VRS covered position. The years of service and the compensation earned during such employment do not affect the amount of the retirement allowance during or after such employment. Read the Bill »
