Description

Virginia Retirement System (VRS); receipt of retirement allowance while employed in a covered position. Permits a person who has attained the age of 62 to receive a retirement allowance from VRS and be employed in a VRS covered position. The years of service and the compensation earned during such employment do not affect the amount of the retirement allowance during or after such employment. Amends § 51.1-155, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
