SOMETHING THAT JUST CAN'T BE WHY DON'T WE LET DEQ DO ITS JOB DONE. OR ALTERNATIVELY PASS THE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE? IT'S REALLY -- IT'S A SOLUTION THAT JUST CAN'T BE MET THAT'S PROPOSED IN THE ORIGINAL BILL. I THINK THIS SUBSTITUTE IS A GOOD STEP FORWARD TO ACCELERATE THE PROCESS. THAT'S WHAT MY ORIGINAL GOAL WAS WHEN I MET WITH THE CITY THIS SUMMER, THAT'S WHAT THEY AGREED TO DO, THAT'S WHAT THE PUBLIC ASKED THEM TO DO, AND NOW WE ARE GOING TO CHOOSE BETWEEN EITHER SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE OR SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE DONE AND
program for gasoline for farm use. The conference report has been distributed, available online and before the body. is the same as my house bill 1820 which we just approved a conference report on a couple of minutes ago. It allows ethanol free gas to be used on farms and the conference report says it would be for on farm delivery. I move that the conference report be adopted.

Del. Bill Howell (R-Fredericksburg): shall the conference report be adopted? The clerk will close the roll.
