Introduction of snakehead fish; penalty. Prohibits the introduction of snakehead fish from any location into state waters. Current law only prohibits the introduction of snakehead fish from outside the Commonwealth. Amends § 18.2-313.2, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
