Description

Noise violations; civil penalty. Allows localities to authorize the chief law-enforcement officer in the locality to enforce a uniform schedule of civil penalties for violation of that locality's noise ordinance. Amends § 15.2-980, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
