Description

Nonrepairable and rebuilt vehicles. Eliminates the requirement that nonrepairable and rebuilt vehicles have incurred damage that exceeds 90 percent of their cash value prior to such damage to meet the definition of nonrepairable and rebuilt. Read the Bill »
