I'D LIKE FOR THE SENATOR FROM HANOVER AND THE SENATOR FROM NORTHERN FAIRFAX, WHO WERE CHIEF COPATRONS ON THAT RESOLUTION, TO JOIN ME IF THEY WOULD CARE TO AT THIS TIME. MR. PRESIDENT, MANY OF YOU ARE AWARE OF THE VIRGINIA HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION AND THE EXCELLENT JOB IT HAS DONE BRINGING NEEDED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS FOR YOUR COMMUNITIES AND HEALTHCARE TO YOUR UNINSURED CONSTITUENTS. WHAT YOU MAY NOT BE AWARE OF IS THE FOUNDATION IS BEING CARRYING OUT THIS IMPORTANT WORK FOR 25 YEARS NOW. WE'RE DELIGHTED TO HAVE THE FOUNDATION'S CURRENT CHAIRMAN, RALPH HOWELL, AND SIX OF ITS FORMER CHAIRMAN ON THE FLOOR TODAY. A RATHER DISTINGUISH GROUP. THEY ARE OUR OWN JOHN HAGER, GILL MINOR.
