Food establishment inspections; exemptions; yogurt. Exempts from inspections by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services private homes where the resident processes and prepares yogurt that has an equilibrium pH value of 4.6 or lower, subject to certain conditions. Read the Bill »
