Description

Local cigarette tax; refund of unused stamps. Provides that, for localities that impose a local cigarette tax and require stamps as evidence of payment, such localities shall provide a refund for returned stamps only if such stamps are in an undamaged and usable condition. Current law is silent on the condition of returned stamps. Read the Bill »
