Description

Throwing certain substances upon property used for agricultural operations; penalty. Makes it a Class 6 felony to throw, deposit, or cause to be deposited any glass bottle, glass, nail, tack, wire, or can or any other substance upon real property being used for an agricultural operation if such item or substance causes at least $200 in damages to any machinery or motor vehicle being used in the agricultural operation. The bill also requires that a court order a person convicted of the offense to pay restitution. Read the Bill »
