Description

Abduction of minor for the purpose of prostitution; penalty. Provides that the use of force, intimidation, or deception is not an element of the crime of abducting a minor for the purpose of concubinage or prostitution, a crime punishable as a Class 2 felony. The bill also expands the class of minors who may be the victim of such crime from minors under 16 years of age to minors under 18 years of age. Read the Bill »
