Description

Form of ballot; party identification of candidates. Allows any candidate who has been nominated by a political party or in a primary election to choose whether to be identified on the ballot by the name of his political party. Currently, only candidates for federal, statewide, and General Assembly offices are required to be so identified. The bill contains a technical amendment. This bill was incorporated into SB 144.
