Description

Polling place procedures; full name and current residence address of voter; requesting, providing, and announcing. Requires the officer of election, when requesting the voter's his full name and current address, to inform him it may be provided orally or in writing. The bill provides that the voter may satisfy the requirement that he provide his name and address by presenting a form of identification that contains his full name and current residence address. The bill also removes the requirement that the officer of election repeat the voter's address. Read the Bill »
