Description

Commission on the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program; appointments. Provides that the Speaker of the House of Delegates and the Senate Committee on Rules shall each appoint one director of a local alcohol safety action program to the Commission on the Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program upon the consideration of the recommendations of the legislative members of the Commission. Currently, the two directors of local alcohol safety action programs appointed to the Commission are appointed by the legislative members serving on the Commission. Read the Bill »
