Description

Parking citations; funds paid to locality. Requires that the regulations issued by the Commissioner of Highways regarding parking on primary and secondary highways provide that the funds paid as a result of a citation issued by a law-enforcement officer or official authorized to issue citations who is employed by a locality shall be paid to the general fund of the locality in which the part of the highway lies. Current law provides that such funds are to be paid into the general fund of the state treasury. Read the Bill »
