Description
Absentee voting; deadline for requesting a mailed absentee ballot. Requires an application for a mailed absentee ballot to be made by 5:00 p.m. on the twelfth day prior to the election in which the applicant is offering to vote. Currently, such applications must be made by the seventh day prior to the election. Read the Bill »
