Source of income protection is a critical missing tool to making sure people have access to quality housing they can afford. The other civic benefit is that we begin to blend our communities with people of all backgrounds - a vital aspect of a functioning civic society.
Thank you.

Discrimination based on an individual's source of income significantly impacts an individuals' and family's life opportunities. Often, this sort of discrimination results in homelessness and/or uninhabitable living situations. The enactment of this bill is critical to help improve the lives of those most vulnerable. No matter the source of income, one deserves the right to housing. Thank you, Senator, McClellan.
