Description

Public property and highways; dumping; animal carcasses; penalty. Prohibits dumping all or any part of the carcasses of any animal, fish, or bird on public property, including a public highway, or on private property without written consent from the owner. The bill makes a violation of the prohibition a misdemeanor punishable by confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,500, either or both.
