Description
Standards of Learning Innovation Committee; adoption of recommendations. Requires an affirmative vote by a majority of the members in attendance at a meeting of the Standards of Learning Innovation Committee (the Committee) for the Committee to adopt any recommendations. Current law requires an affirmative vote by a majority of the legislative members in attendance and a majority of nonlegislative members in attendance at a meeting for the Committee to adopt any recommendations.
