Commission on Civic Education; sunset; membership. Extends the sunset provision of the Commission on Civic Education from July 1, 2019, to July 1, 2020. Del. Steve Landes (R-Weyers Cave): Mr. Speaker and members of the house, 1540 extends the sunset for the commission on civic education and expands the membership. Under this legislation, the commission membership would be expanded from 15 to 19 members with ten legislative members and eight non-legislative members. I move that the house engross the bill and pass it onto its third reading.
