Description

Eminent domain proceedings; selection of commissioners. Increases from at least six to at least eight the number of names of qualified persons each party shall submit to the court if they cannot agree upon five to nine qualified persons to act as commissioners. The bill also increases from nine to 13 the number of names the court shall select as potential commissioners from the submitted lists. Read the Bill »
