Description

Optional county watercraft fee. Authorizes counties to adopt by ordinance an annual watercraft fee for watercraft and boats that are privately owned, used solely for recreational purposes, and operated, docked, stored, or kept within county limits for more than 180 days per year. The bill provides that the fee shall be calculated according to the length of the boat and shall not exceed $150 per year. Read the Bill »
