Description
Individual income tax; subtraction for employer payment of qualified education loans. Establishes an individual income tax subtraction, beginning in taxable year 2018, for an unincorporated employer's contribution to the repayment of an employee's education loan. The bill provides that the maximum deduction per year shall be $5,250. Read the Bill »
