I disagree with the bill: Many cars have a rear window defroster in the form of metal strips the run horizontally along the rear window. The process of scraping off the sticker will damage the rear window defroster, thereby creating a safety issue. The front windshield defroster works by blowing warm air, therefore unaffected by scraping the inside of the windshield. MDP 01/23/18
