I am a currently licensed social worker (LSW) with an MSW degree. I am in favor of this bill because it would allow differentiation between levels of social work practice. Currently there are only 2 licensure levels and I think that adding an additional level would make it clearer what a master's level vs. bachelor's level social worker has experience in and also recognize the additional level of education a master's level non-clinical social worker has.
