Description
Purchase, possession, and transportation of firearms; fugitives; penalty. Provides that it is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person who is a fugitive to purchase, possess, or transport a firearm. The bill also updates the criminal history record information check form to inquire if the applicant is a fugitive, as defined in the bill. Read the Bill »
