Description

Prescription Monitoring Program; recipients of dispensed Schedule II drugs. Requires pharmacists who dispense Schedule II drugs pursuant to a valid prescription to include the name, address, and government-issued identification number of the person to whom the covered substance was actually delivered in the report submitted to the Prescription Monitoring Program. Amends § 54.1-2519, § 54.1-2521, § 54.1-3420.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
