Mark Peterson writes:

Any site or venue that has multiple people visiting it, are targets for mass-shootings. Once underway, the quickest way to stop the tragedy is for a concealed carrier to defend against the threat. This would take away that ability. Recommend no vote. MDP 01/23/18
