Description
Establishment of a lethality assessment program. Requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services (Department) to establish a lethality assessment program to provide direction for first responders in assisting victims of domestic violence. The bill also requires the Department to establish training standards for law-enforcement officers on participation in the program. Read the Bill »
