Description
Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council; formal advisory opinions. Authorizes the designee of the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council (Council) to release proposed formal advisory opinions for public comment prior to the Council's approval of such opinions. The bill provides that such proposed opinions do not confer the same immunity protections as formal advisory opinions until their approval by the Council. Read the Bill »
