Description

Sales tax revenue allocation; increase amount allocated to discretionary spending for airports. Requires the Aviation Board, during the second six months of each fiscal year, to allocate certain funds from the Commonwealth Airport Fund to all eligible airports on a discretionary basis, except airports owned or leased by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Current law provides a structure whereby such funds are split between air carrier and reliever airports and general aviation airports. The bill retains this existing structure for the first six months of each fiscal year. Read the Bill »
