Description
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); initiatives, referendums, and recalls. Provides that, notwithstanding the powers of the General Assembly, the people reserve to themselves the power to propose and enact laws and constitutional amendments by initiative, to reject legislative acts by referendum, and to remove certain elected officials by recall. The amendment also provides petition requirements and an approval process for having questions placed on the ballot. Read the Bill »
