Description

Agreements for the Loudoun County treasurer to collect and enforce real and personal property taxes on behalf of certain towns. Authorizes the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to allow the county treasurer to enter into agreements with towns located partially or wholly within Loudoun County for the collection and enforcement of real or personal property taxes by the county treasurer.
