Statewide Trauma Registry; spinal cord injuries. Provides that the Commissioner of Health shall make information contained in the Statewide Trauma Registry available to the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services to allow the Department to develop and implement programs and services for persons suffering from spinal cord injuries.
