Description

Driving under the influence. Provides an exemption to the prohibition of driving or operating a motor vehicle while under the influence to any person driving or operating a motor vehicle on his own residential property or the curtilage thereof. Current law prohibits the driving or operating of a motor vehicle while under the influence, without such exemption. Read the Bill »
