Description

Entities entitled to voluntary contributions of tax refunds; listing on individual income tax return. Allows the organization Children of America Finding Hope to be listed on the individual income tax return for taxable years 2018 through 2020 as an organization eligible to receive voluntary contribution of tax refunds, despite the fact that it did not receive at least $10,000 in contributions in each of the three taxable years when it was previously listed. Beginning in taxable year 2021, Children of America Finding Hope will be listed on the individual income tax return only if it meets the $10,000 threshold in each of the previous three years.
