Description

Driving while intoxicated; fourth offense; penalty. Provides that any person convicted of a fourth or subsequent offense of driving while intoxicated committed within a 10-year period shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony. Amends § 18.2-270, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
