Description

Public accountants; issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of licenses. Changes from every 12 months to a time period set by the Board of Accountancy the renewal requirement for licenses granted to provide the license holder the privilege of using the CPA title. The bill provides that any such license issued between the effective date of the bill and June 30, 2018, shall expire on June 30, 2019. The bill contains an emergency clause.
