Description

Local school boards; prior authorization for legal action. Narrows the restriction, to appointed school boards, that a local school board receive prior authorization from the local governing body prior to instituting any legal action or proceeding against any other governmental agency in Virginia. Under current law, the restriction applies to all school boards regardless of selection method. Read the Bill »
