Advisory Board on Philanthropy and Social Innovation. Establishes the Advisory Board on Philanthropy and Social Innovation as an advisory board in the executive branch of state government for the purpose of advising the Governor and Cabinet Secretaries on matters related to the promotion and development of funding partnerships between the Commonwealth and philanthropic foundations.
