Description

Jurisdiction; offenses against children. Provides that a juvenile and domestic relations district court has jurisdiction over offenses against the person of a child, including those offenses where the identity of the child is unknown. In prosecution for felonies over which the court has jurisdiction, jurisdiction shall be limited to determining whether or not there is probable cause. Read the Bill »
