Description
Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act; penalties for violation. Increases the amount a tenant can recover after a landlord violates the Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act (§ 55-248.51 et seq.) from an amount equal to the greater of the tenant's monthly rental payment or actual damages and attorney fees to an amount equal to the greater of three times the tenant's monthly rental payment or actual damages and attorney fees.
