Description

Auditor of Public Accounts; audits. Eliminates a requirement that the Auditor of Public Accounts audit certain entities annually. The bill provides for the Auditor to perform an audit for these entities as the Auditor determines necessary. This bill is identical to HB 1468. Amends § 10.1-1025, § 15.2-2416, § 17.1-204, § 2.2-2312, § 2.2-2323, § 2.2-2717, § 29.1-108, § 3.2-3109, § 30-133, § 32.1-122.7:1, § 32.1-362, § 36-154, § 51.5-59, § 56-484.17, § 59.1-394, of the Code of Virginia.
