Description
Invoice for unpaid tolls; mail. Authorizes toll facility operators to mail invoices for two or more unpaid tolls by first-class mail rather than certified mail. The bill provides that a rebuttable presumption that the owner or operator of the vehicle has received the invoice is created if the toll facility operator presents either a United States postal certificate of mailing or a certificate of service confirming such mailing.
